South Africa holds national quilt festivals every two years. This includes a national quilting competition, special quilt exhibitions, workshops, lectures, a vendors hall and much more.
The 20th National Quilt Festival will be held in Gauteng from 16 to 23 August 2019. This Festival is proudly hosted by the Golden Rand Guild for Quilters and the Jacaranda Quilters Guild.
The venue is Heronbridge College, Fourways, Johannesburg - on the border between the two big cities of Johannesburg and Pretoria.
